License Terms

Free (Community)​

LogicGrid.Core, LogicGrid.Tools, and LogicGrid.Mcp are free for personal and commercial use. No license required.

You may use these packages in any project, modify them, fork them, embed them in client products, and ship compiled binaries to production. Any team size, any company size.

You may not redistribute the source code as a competing framework, build derivative products that re-package LogicGrid, or remove copyright notices from source files.

Pro​

LogicGrid.Memory and LogicGrid.Rag require a valid Pro license key.

One license covers one deployed application — a single codebase or running service. Any team size may work on it.

Licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared between organizations. The license is a signed JWT bound to the application name you provide at checkout.

Trial​

A 30-day free trial of Pro features is built into every install. No credit card required. Trial state is stored locally in your machine's LocalApplicationData folder — never phoned home.

Grace period​

After your annual subscription expires, Pro features continue to work for 7 additional days while logging a warning to the console. After the grace period, Pro features throw LogicGridLicenseException with a renewal link. Free features (Core, Tools, MCP) are never affected.

Refunds​

30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro purchases. Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

Trademarks​

"LogicGrid" and the LogicGrid logo are trademarks of the LogicGrid project. You may reference the project by name to describe your integration with it, but you may not use the name or logo to brand your own product or imply endorsement.

Warranty​

LogicGrid is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the software or its use.
